Refund policy
Our role
SodaBoost.info does not sell SodaBoost, take payments or ship parcels, so we cannot issue refunds. Every SodaBoost refund is handled by the seller under its own rules. This page reproduces those rules in summary so you can read them before you buy.
The four published versions
| Seller page | What it says |
|---|---|
| Order page | A 60-day satisfaction guarantee; contact support if unhappy after at least 30 days of continuous use. |
| Returns page | 60 days from the order date; return all bottles, empty or not; buyer pays return postage; refund in 5 to 10 days. |
| Terms of service | 60 days from delivery; return the bottles, even empty; refund processed in 3 to 5 business days. |
| FAQ page | 60 days from purchase after a 30-day minimum trial; sealed bottles only; 20% restocking fee; shipping and customs not refunded. |
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with Refund Request in the subject line and your order number in the message. Ask support to confirm, in writing, which of the versions above applies to your order, then follow its instructions for returning the bottles to 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773. Use a tracked postal service and keep the receipt.
Practical advice
Because one version accepts sealed bottles only and charges a restocking fee, the smallest-risk way to test SodaBoost is to open one bottle at a time and keep the rest sealed until you have decided. Save your confirmation email, since every version counts the window from a date it contains.
If something goes wrong
If the seller does not answer within a reasonable time, keep copies of your messages. Your card issuer may be able to help with a dispute. We are happy to hear about your experience at [email protected], and we will update this page if the seller's rules change.
