How to take SodaBoost, and what to expect
Straight answer
Take one SodaBoost gummy a day, ideally in the morning, and keep going for 8 to 12 weeks before you judge it. Do not double up. If you take prescription medicine, especially for blood pressure, the heart or erections, check with your pharmacist first.
The daily routine
The SodaBoost label is simple: as a dietary supplement, take one gummy daily. The seller's own FAQ suggests the morning, or about 30 minutes before your main activity or workout. Either works; what matters more is doing it at the same point each day so you do not miss doses or take two by accident.
Chew the gummy fully. It can be taken with or without food; the label does not say, and with only a small amount of caffeine there is no strong reason to prefer one over the other. If an empty stomach makes you queasy, have it with breakfast.
Your caffeine budget
Each SodaBoost gummy states 5 mg of caffeine, and the green tea extract adds a little more. That is small next to a normal day's intake.
| Source | Caffeine, approximately |
|---|---|
| One SodaBoost gummy | 5 mg stated, plus a little from green tea |
| 8 oz cup of brewed coffee | 80 to 100 mg |
| FDA reference for healthy adults | Up to 400 mg a day |
If you are very sensitive to caffeine, or you take SodaBoost late in the day, you may still notice it at bedtime. Moving it to the morning usually solves that.
Who should ask a doctor first
- Anyone under 18; the seller says SodaBoost is not for minors.
- Men with heart disease, an irregular heartbeat or high blood pressure, which the seller names specifically.
- Anyone taking blood pressure medicine, nitrates, blood thinners, thyroid medicine, sedatives or prescription erectile dysfunction drugs.
- Anyone with liver disease, since green tea extract and ashwagandha both carry rare liver warnings.
- Anyone with an upcoming operation or a diagnosed hormone condition.
The amounts in one gummy are small, so this is caution rather than alarm. A two-minute conversation with a pharmacist costs nothing and settles it.
A realistic timeline
No study has tested SodaBoost itself, so the timeline below borrows from the length of the studies behind its main ingredients and from what a small dose can plausibly do.
- Day 1 to week 1Some men notice the mild caffeine lift. Nothing else is expected yet.
- Weeks 2 to 4A settling-in period. Keep the time of day steady and note sleep, energy and mood in a few words.
- Weeks 6 to 12The window in which trials of maca, tribulus and ashwagandha reported their results. If SodaBoost is going to help you, this is when to look for it.
- After 12 weeksDecide honestly. If nothing has changed, more bottles are unlikely to change it, and the refund window has long closed for the first order.
That last point matters for buying. The seller's refund window is 60 days, which ends before the 8 to 12 week mark. If you want to judge SodaBoost inside the refund window, start the first bottle as soon as it arrives and keep your notes.
Keep a simple log
Memory is a poor judge of slow changes. Once a week, write the date, a score from 1 to 5 for energy, mood and sleep, and one line about anything new. After eight weeks you will have an honest record to compare, which is more useful than a vague sense that things are better or worse.
When to stop
Stop SodaBoost and speak to a clinician if you notice a racing or irregular heartbeat, chest discomfort, severe headache, dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or a rash. Stop also if you start a new prescription and have not checked it with your pharmacist.
Storage
Keep the bottle closed, in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity, and out of reach of children. Gummies stick together in a warm car or a steamy bathroom cabinet.
